In implementation of the EU Regulation, RgmTech s.r.l., Corso Pavia 49, 27029 Vigevano, Pavia P.I. 02796450183 wishes to inform you that your personal data will be processed in compliance with the legislation dictated by the EU Regulation.

In particular, RgmTech acts as "Data Controller".

The Data Controller is whoever processes your personal data, establishing the purposes and methods of data processing.

Specifically, the processing of your personal data may be carried out by persons specifically authorized by RgmTech to carry out operations on personal data.

This information is provided to you in consideration of your quality as an "interested party". By interested party we mean the natural person to whom the personal data refer.

  1. Purpose of the processing of personal data and legal basis of the processing

The personal data processed by Rgm - Tech are directly provided by you by filling in the appropriate contact form located on the site corresponding to the domain indicated below: http://rgmtech.it.

Your personal data will be processed in order to properly process your request for information and provide you with assistance in relation to the services provided by the Data Controller and for the possible sending of the informative newsletter; therefore, for this purpose, your consent is not required.

  1. Processing methods

The treatment will be carried out by the subjects authorized to do so by RgmTech for this purpose these subjects are identified and instructed in writing.

The processing can be carried out through the use of IT, telematic or paper tools and supports in compliance with the provisions aimed at guaranteeing security and confidentiality, as well as, among other things, the accuracy, updating and relevance of personal data with respect to declared purposes and in any case in compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data.

The personal data collected will be stored in electronic and / or paper archives present at the registered office of RgmTech and at its operational offices, as well as at third parties responsible for the treatment, specifically appointed.

  1. Duration of treatment

The retention of the personal data you have provided will take place in a form that allows your identification for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes, as identified in point 1 of this information, for which the same data are collected and processed. In any case, the determination of the retention period takes place in compliance with the terms permitted by applicable laws.

  1. Nature of the provision of personal data and consent

The provision of the requested personal data is optional, but necessary in order to respond to your request.

In particular, failure to fill in the fields in the contact form prevents the request from being sent to RgmTech

In this case, the consent to the processing of your personal data is "obligatory" as it is instrumental in order to respond to your request.

  1. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed, in Italy or abroad, within the territory of the EU, in compliance with a legal obligation, regulation or EU legislation.

Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to public authorities and public administrations for the performance of institutional functions, to law firms and consultancy firms, to persons in charge of keeping the accounts or auditing the financial statements.

Personal data will not be disseminated and therefore will not be disclosed to the public or to an indefinite number of subjects.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU territory.

You can exercise the rights of access to personal data provided for by art. 15 of the EU Regulation and the rights provided for by art. 16, 17, 18 and 21 of the same Regulation regarding the rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of personal data.
